This camp is specifically designed for the middle school football athlete. The football conditioning camps are not skills camps, but camps that physically prepare your body for the demands of the sport. Structured with a team concept and for the strenuous and demanding sport of football, this camp is designed to take your athletic strength and conditioning abilities to new levels. Maximize your body’s “playing strength” to dominate every individual battle. Improve your body composition to give you the pound-for-pound strength and speed necessary to excel at the highest levels. Improve mobility in your ankles, knees, and hips for the optimal stance necessary to explode powerfully off the snap. Develop the explosive strength to take on the interior line and the speed to run the field with the fastest of players. Develop the multi-directional speed and acceleration to break down and re-accelerate in the open field and/or close to make the tackle. Speed, strength and power is the theme for this camp and at the conclusion each camper receives a detailed weekly strength, speed, agility, and conditioning program.
