This camp is designed for the high school girls’ lacrosse athlete who is serious about taking her athletic abilities to the next level. The lacrosse conditioning camps are not skills camps, but camps that physically prepare your body for the demands of the sport. Coach Clark spent 2007 visiting with lacrosse national powers such as Northwestern, Duke, and North Carolina Universities. You will learn the training practices first hand from these elite institutions. Speed, strength, and power are the themes for this camp and at the conclusion each camper receives three different detailed training programs that include four traveling/beach workouts, three weight room workouts, one pool workout, and a nutritional plan that directs you through the remainder of the summer. In addition, there is a designated time the girls’ lacrosse teams can train in the weight room at CCDS for the remainder of the summer using the workouts from this camp.
