Wrestling Camp

Coach Keiser is entering his eighth season as head wrestling coach at Charlotte Country Day School. Originally from Pennsylvania, Coach Keiser has 13 years of coaching experience at the club, middle school, and high school levels. The focus is on technique and competition. With some different instructors on hand, campers are introduced to skills and techniques that help them become better wrestlers. After teaching sessions, the last part of each day is spent in competition, and each camper can use the skills learned earlier in the day. The inexperienced and experienced wrestler benefits from the instruction taught during the week. All campers who register before February 1 receive a free camp T-shirt.
